coffee & treats fundraiser | 2nd thursday | 7:15-8:15am
On the second Thursday of every month from 7:15-8:15am, we have coffee and treats available for purchase at the front desk! We change up the treats each month to go with the season. This is a fundraiser that our Parent Community Council coordinates monthly.
parent community council | 2nd thursday | 5-6pm
The Parent Community Council is a dedicated group of parents who come together regularly to provide valuable input and support in efforts to enhance Canaland. They meet on the second Thursday of each month to discuss and brainstorm ideas, collaborate with the Canaland staff, and actively participate in making the facility a better place for children and families.
Celebrate culture | 2nd tuesday
Once a month, we immerse our little ones in the vibrant tapestry of the world's cultures. Celebrate Culture days include captivating presentations, delicious lunches from the featured country, and fun snacks and crafts inspired by that culture. It's an exciting opportunity for kids to expand their horizons and celebrate the diversity of our world.
mamaland | 4th tuesday | 5-6pm
This group provides a safe and non-judgmental space for women to learn through the group discussions, share experiences, exchange information and gain support during the amazing journey of motherhood.
movies on the big screen | 4th fridays in january - march
The winter months can be extra long without having outdoor activities to keep us busy! That’s why each year in January, February, and March, we host a Movie Night one Friday each month at 5pm. Entry is free, and pizza and concessions are available for purchase.
